(Child 113) In this song of love and transformation a selkie (part seal part man) takes human form, woos a Hebridean woman and gives her a child. Sule Skerry (Sula Sgeir) is a rocky islet 25 miles west of Hoy Head in Orkney. This arrangement is based on one that we did for our Wolfscoat collaboration.
